Anyone with a spine has the potential to have injury to that spine. People
often ask how can Chiropractic help me?
Chiropractors help people with the following:
The body wants to heal itself.
- Low back pain
- Disk problems
- Stress and tension
- Sports injuries
- Sprains and strains
- Tennis elbow
- Shoulder tendonitis
- Knee injuries
- Wrist problems from mousing
Many problems can be helped by unlocking the the subluxed or stiff vertebra and joints. Often the human body becomes stiff over time from small micro injuries to full blown whiplash type injuries. The body will compensate and heal to a degree however, many people complain of 'never being right' after an injury, fall, sprained ankle, or sports injury.
Once the joints are unlocked the body tries to restore its nervous, muscular, skeletal, immune and ligament systems.
An adjustment will free up the body to start working better. Potential benefits of chiropractic adjustments:
Every person's problems are different and therefore, every person's results will vary.
- Increased flexibility
- Reduced pain and inflammation
- Reduced swelling
- Faster healing
- Increased mobility
- Improved co-ordination
- Better posture
- Generally feeling better
